As I read the trivia, I really wondered if some of them were true (Mark Wahlberg has a third nipple?), but each fact I looked up was indeed true. I didn't look them all up, but the random ones I questioned were correct. I think the only thing that would make this book better would be to have some background information or maybe a forward giving a little history behind the book. Otherwise, it's a fun book for a drinking game.Product details

Light reading with some very interesting bits of information.
awesome book of facts. some things I already knew, but lots that I didn't! great to practice for quiz nights
The book is not huge. The facts are not amazing, they neither shock or amuse but are boring if anything. Normally I like this sort of reading. However this time that which was promised was not delivered.
It was ok. I was rereading quite a few facts though. Some 'facts' sounded a bit out there... would have liked more consistent info and less trying to get to the 1000+ mark...
Here's a collection of odd facts for trivia buffs. For example Pochahontas once appeared on the $20 bill, Smokey the Bear has his own zip code and people with blue eyes can see in the dark.(Not sure about that last one).
Not really 1000 as many of the facts are repeated and many of the facts are outdated as well. I feel ripped off by this book. The
Book of General Ignorance is MUCH better. Also, this book should have been EDITED! Lots of missing, misspelled and misused words!
I learned a lot of interesting things reading this book some were quite useful. I would recommend it as light reading.
